Go train and start being your best!
Every session you complete you're moving towards your fitness and racing goals. All multisport bike speed boost workouts are based on your personal bike ability taken from first week self testing - each subsequent session evolves to ensure that as your fitness changes so does the workout challenge. Train hard race easy!
ALL BIKE BOOSTS
For significantly higher performance on the bike. Choose from HR, All Power and Weekday Power /Weekend HR. Suitable for all abilities as your training zones are set through week one self-testing with a non-standard threshold test as the regular 20min -5% tends to overestimate threshold.
For those using power only you are tested with a protocol that factors in your fatigue curve. Typical week session rotation of VO2 max, cross threshold and weekend easy rides integrating hill and race efforts. View typical training sessions in the boost preview on Training Peaks
CRITICAL POWER
If you're anaerobically stronger than the norm, so you're at the top of your game, great TT times or regular Podium finisher then you might want to follow this super hard Critical Power bike boost to edge ahead next race. Not for everyone, preferably under 45 years old and determined - you'll need to complete the CP test and get through the very taxing but short turbo sessions.
Weekly training format is the same as the regular speed and power boosts but we swap out a VO2 max session for a gender-specific Critical Power one. View typical training sessions in the boost preview on Training Peaks. You must use power as your metric
