Swim boosts suitable for all athletes swimming 2-4 times a week. Able to swim 1000+ over a session. Every boost features a swim test to set threshold pace and a benchmark swim over the race distance. Available for Athlete, Age Group and Podium level swim abilities. Speed work starts the week, moving into cross threshold / race efforts mid week and finishing with weekend pacing over longer intervals and race distance.
