SPRINT RUN  BOOSTS

Speed doubles feature TWO midweek speed sessions with  an alternating weekend conbination-run featuring race pace or hill intervals to work specificity and power.

Speed singles have ONE speed session, one cross threshold and the same weekend session.

Requiring good base mileage and conditioning these half distance run boosts are for capable athletes moving up or down to the half distance and existing 70.3 athletes seeking PBs. They contain challenging sessions aimed at the committed multisport athlete.  Athlete, AG and Podium sessions offer different intensities
